Hair Cosmetics:

Repeated coloring of the hair results in breakage of the hair. Hair breaks down if not used properly with paints, gels, relaxants, and sprays. Dermatologists recommend using less of these cosmetics to stop hair breakage.

Hairdryers, irons, and straighteners:

The use of hairdryers every day damages the hair. The high temperature of the hairdryer dries out the water in the hair follicles, causing the hair to become brittle and break. To avoid this danger, the hair should be dried in the air and styled in a dry condition. Dermatologists recommend using straighteners that straighten hair at very high temperatures and other instruments very rarely.

Hairpins, clips, and rubber bands:

If the hair is tied tightly with hairpins, clips, or rubber bands, the hair may break. To reduce this hair breakage, the clip should be lightly tied and applied to different parts of the head so that the hair does not break in any particular place.
