Dark Chocolate: Dark chocolate contains antioxidants that help to boost immunity. It contains fat and calories and it should be eaten in moderation.




Turmeric: Turmeric has many different medicinal qualities. Turmeric increases our immunity. Studies have shown that raw turmeric contains an antioxidant called curcumin, which helps to prevent us various disease.




Sea fish:  Many of us like sea fish. Besides the taste and smell, sea fish has many health benefits.Omega-3 fatty acid-rich sea fish increase the immune system. So keep the sea fish on your menu.
